Budget Friendly Supplement but very effective!!

今まで飲んでいたクレアチンは、溶けにくくて、ジャリジャリ感がありましたが、このクレアチンはまさに粉末そのもの(龍角散のイメージ）で大変飲みやすいです。ただビルダー飲み(直接粉末を口に入れる)はむせると粉が飛散するので、注意が必要です。

溶けにくいです。California Gold Nutritionのクレアチンも使っていますが、そちらは粉がより細かくてかなり溶けやすいです。 袋上部のジッパーは全く機能しません。各自なんらかの方法で密封する必要があります。 上記2点に目を瞑り、クレアチン摂取のみにフォーカスすれば安価な製品ですが、不便さは否めません。

It appears that the pack has been exposed to the sun for a long time, and even the plastic color on the top half has changed, with the plastic showing some damage. The package was also very dirty. I am not happy with what I have bought. I am not sure if the Ceratine inside has already expired or is defective, because pack looks very old and dirty.
