Comfortable and easy to slip on and off. You can slip into this shoe by stepping into it with just little wiggle to adjust. Fit is true to size and works pretty well even going down hills. Nice as a work shoe or a weekend shoe. Pretty good traction. Not really non-slip but feels stable even on wet surfaces. I would buy it again.

I have purchased theses shoes for 10 years. They last, and then I use them in the yard.

My husband loves these shoes! I have bought him the exact same ones in brown too. He has worn them for years! They last for years! They slip on easily and are so comfortable! He wears them to work and church and around town on the weekends. Highly recommend!

Pro's: very comfortable, rugged, easy care, great traction, convenientCon's: sized a bit too small, squeaky out of the box, not fully waterproofI wear these shoes every day. They are nice enough for a casual office and sturdy enough for a hike in the woods. They slip on and off easily. The Vibram soles give me excellent traction when its wet and slippery. I've owned several pairs of Merrell shoes. These are the only ones that were too tight in my regular size. I returned them for a 1/2 size larger, which are a perfect fit. They were a little squeaky on some surfaces right out of the box. After a week's worth of breaking in, the squeak disappeared. The shoes aren't fully waterproof from the manufacturer, but I just sprayed them as directed with Kiwi Suede & Nubuck Protector. Problem solved.

I love slip-on shoes and I needed something to go hiking in California. I tried a few other shoes but as soon as I put these on I knew these were the ones. Very comfortable and supportive. I have had other versions of these in the past and they always lasted a long time, hope these do to. They are also better looking than most hiking shoes. They are so comfortable I will be wearing these on the plane for my trip.

This is my third pair. I bought a brown, black, and grey one over the last year or so because I liked my first pair so much. They do run tight, so order a full size above what you normally wear. These are super comfortable and while not quite "light weight", they certainly seem lighter than most walking shoes out there. They're great for traveling; like the easy slip on and off, particularly when going through TSA at the airport. I've walked countless miles in these and nothing close to a sore or blister on a foot, nor tightness nor any sort of discomfort from wearing them. They do look a little "dorky" due to the slightly wide forefoot area, but only if you stare at them a long time. They're not quite formalwear caliber for such an event, but otherwise you can pretty much wear them anywhere except maybe a wedding or job interview. I very highly recommend these!

I've had two pairs of these for almost 3 years. I wear one of them everyday! They are quick to slip-on, easy to take off, and are always very comfortable, and look good with almost any casual look. They are rugged, supportive, and feel great walking on any surface. They are very long lasting and hardly show any wear after 3 years. Great shoes!

This is my second pair, brown. My first was black where I had to return my usual 11.0 for 11.5, which is perfect fit. Great hiking or walking shoes. Promotes stability.
