I was searching for 43 inch 4K TV since last 2 month, most preferably from good brand But unfortunately brought a different brand with high specifications like QLED, Google TV to save 4,5 thousand. Unfortunately faced a tragedy by getting a defective one, no support from that cheaper brand, and finally got refund after a long struggle with online platform. Then I brought this one, which really amazed me with it's Quality. It's really mind blowing product which definitely made anyone worth buying. Both in term of product and service. Samsung really rocks... especially for those who are having other Samsung device at least Samsung mobile User. Picture and sound quality as usually samsung never disappoint but The Things that's really surprised me is 4K upscalling. And 100+ free channel Superb..

Got this 43" tv within 4 days and installed on the next day. Pros: Good Picture quality Samsung Brand Cons: UI lag, it's much Sound quality is not even decent, its just ok ok My cousin bought a samsung tv offline last year, in comparison, this tv from amazon is lagging much and picture quality is same. But I would say it's a deal breaker for 22K. If you're buying it for 23k or 24k, go for offline as you get 3 year warranty there for this price.

The 4K clarity and colors are really impressive, especially for movies and PS5 gaming. Sound: Decent, but not very powerful. It’s clear for normal viewing, though you might consider a soundbar for a richer experience. Performance: There’s a slight lag sometimes while switching inputs or navigating with the remote, but nothing major. Remote: Super cool and easy to use, though it doesn’t feel very premium in hand. Delivery & installation: Amazon delivery was quick, and Samsung installation happened the very next day — great service! Overall, a great 4K smart TV for the price — excellent display, average sound, and smooth setup experience.

After spending a hefty ₹45,000, I was excited to elevate my home entertainment experience. Sadly, my excitement quickly turned into a profound sense of disappointment and frustration. The Initial Spark, and the Rapid Decline: The TV arrived promptly, and the initial setup was relatively straightforward. The picture quality, for the first few days, was indeed impressive – vibrant colours and sharp details. However, within a mere week, the display began to exhibit alarming issues. Vertical bars started appearing across the screen, accompanied by flickering zones in the LED panel. The once pristine image was now marred by distracting lines and inconsistent brightness, making it virtually unwatchable. The Replacement Nightmare: Knowing I was within the Amazon replacement window, I immediately raised a replacement request. This is where the real nightmare began. Despite clearly documenting the issues with photos and videos, the process has been an exercise in futility. Endless Calls and Emails: I've spent countless hours on the phone with Amazon customer service and Samsung support, repeating my issue over and over. Each call seems to reset the process, and I'm forced to explain the problem from scratch. Delayed and Inconsistent Responses: Promised call-backs never materialise, and email responses are vague and unhelpful. The communication is fragmented and lacks any sense of urgency. Technician Visits (or Lack Thereof): A technician was finally scheduled, but the visit was delayed multiple times. When they finally arrived, they confirmed the panel was faulty but said that the replacement has to be handled by Amazon. Amazon Blaming Samsung, Samsung Blaming Amazon: Both Amazon and Samsung seem to be passing the buck, leaving me caught in the middle. Neither party seems willing to take responsibility for the defective product. Replacement Still Pending: After a week of relentless follow-ups, my replacement request is still pending. I'm left with a 45,000 rupee paperweight and a growing sense of anger and frustration. The Product Itself (When It Worked): When the TV was functioning correctly, the picture quality was indeed good. The 4K resolution was sharp, and the colours were vibrant. However, the rapid deterioration of the LED panel raises serious concerns about the product's long-term reliability. Overall Impression: This experience has been nothing short of a disaster. The combination of a faulty product and a convoluted, inefficient customer service process has turned what should have been an enjoyable purchase into a stressful ordeal. I am deeply disappointed with both Samsung and Amazon. Recommendation: Avoid this specific Samsung TV model: Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this particular model. The rapid failure of the LED panel suggests a potential manufacturing defect or quality control issue. Be wary of purchasing expensive electronics online: While online shopping offers convenience, dealing with returns and replacements for large, complex items can be incredibly challenging. Received in good condition, solar remote is a game changer, and excellent value for money. TV was received in good condition. On the second day, I had the TV wall-mounted professionally. When it comes to the overall verdict, this TV offers exceptional value for money. You get premium features like the Crystal Processor, a 4K panel with HDR10+ support, and the innovative SolarCell Remote, all wrapped up in a visually stunning design. The Tizen operating system is fast, intuitive, and gives quick access to all the major streaming services. A Note on Delivery Experience (Area for Improvement): The only significant hiccup in the entire process was the delivery itself. Although the item was packaged well, the delivery person unfortunately refused the open box delivery procedure, even though the product was eligible for it. This is not good practice and is a service issue that the retailer and logistics partner need to address, as being able to verify the product on arrival is crucial for such a large, fragile item.

Great TV overall. The picture quality is sharp and vibrant when watching from about 15 feet away, the sound is surprisingly good, and the design looks very clean and modern. I’ve had it for about a week and everything has worked perfectly so far. Very happy with this Samsung 55-inch TV. It's definitely value for money. All connectivity features just work great.
