A good headphone with appreciable sound quality for the price. But when paired with phones, Moto Edge 50 and 60 as well, either the speakers or the microphone funtions. Settings were kept to 'headphones' with funtions accept all types of audio in phone settings. Can somebody give an advice? Phone was purchased one month back and the problem existed from the beginning onwards

This is extremely disappointing. I had earlier purchased the boAt Rockerz 550 directly from the official boAt website, and it had a major issue — the right earcup was louder than the left. I thought maybe it was just a one-time defect. Now, after buying the boAt Rockerz 460 from Amazon, I’m shocked to face the exact same problem again. The sound is clearly imbalanced, with the right side overpowering the left, making it very uncomfortable to listen to music or watch videos. I double-checked everything — audio balance settings, tried the headphones on multiple devices, but the issue remains. That confirms it’s not a phone or software issue — it’s a hardware defect. It feels like boAt has some serious quality control issues across its headphone models. This is the second time I’ve wasted my money on a defective product, and I don’t think customers should have to go through this again and again. I’ve requested a replacement, but if the next unit has the same problem, I’ll stop buying from boAt altogether. I hope the company takes this seriously and fixes these issues in future batches. Not recommended unless this defect is resolved.
