高級感がある。 携帯用？の刃を保護する鞘もついていてお買い得感がある。 海外の料理人がよくペティーナイフで食材を切っているのを見て欲しくなったが 使ってみると、普通の包丁のほうが切りやすいもの、作業はあるものの 切れ味も良く、持っていて損はない。 普通の包丁と違って、カッターでモノを切る時のように 食材を切るときは刃の先の方半分くらいを使って 引くように切ると良いようである。
