I think the head band part making the plastic softer and easier to get on and off makes this worth it. The plastic silicone might be a bit softer? My kiddo is funny about texture and feels so it’s been a journey trying to get the right feel on goggles. I’m sure you could pay more for something more technical but this is sweet spot for us as far as being gentle and cost effective.

Kids love ‘em. They’re hardy little masks, and kind of difficult to setup or change, but once set, they stay on and the girls love that the neoprene head piece doesn’t rip their hair out like the plastic head streps usually do.

Being part of a big beach family means we’re always bringing out the swim gear, and these have been great for keeping everyone out in the sun and having fun. I don’t expect them to last for multiple seasons, but for now, they’re doing their job and the family is loving them—5 stars for the smiles they bring!

I've bought 2 pair. First one was 2 years ago and my daughter finally broke them. Lasting 2 years with a child wearing them is a feat. So we bought the exact same pair to replace them.
