Very good Butcher's Paper. I like the 18" width and works for most of my needs. The rolls is as basic as it comes and is easy to use, has reasonable thickness and non sticky. I love the color, looks professional. Very good value - will last most people a few years - Highly Recommended

Company contacted back quickly and informed me "Our retail butcher paper rolls are labeled with the Bryco Goods logo, and for rolls sold in our online stores, they come with a barcode as required by the platform. Watched a video on how to properly wrap our 10lbs chuck roast. Held the heat properly and assisted in temp cooking without any loss of bark or smoke flavour. This product is a definite need in any smokers toolbox. Excellent pricing; and enough of a roll to last us at least 2 years if not more! Held moisture no problem and very very minimal leakage of juices in the cooler!! To be honest may have put the roast and fold.in upside down.

Mise à jour : Il mon offerts de me rembourser, je trouve très gentil de me l'avoir offerts, considérant que la qualité est excellente j'apprécie. Un peu déçu, j'ai d'abord acheté celui avec la boîte afin de pouvoir le coupé sans le sortir de la boîte. J'ai acheté celui-ci même compagnie, même grandeur. Mais non! Il n'entre pas dans la boîte! J'étais un peu, non beaucoup fâchée! C'est quoi l'idée? Je l'ai acheté seulement quelques jours après la premier! Je pourrais comprendre si je l'avais achèté il y a un an ou plus, mais non! Très déçu, je vais éventuellement en avoir besoin d'un troisième, je vais devoir reconsidérer mes choix d'entreprise! Bref ne vous fier pas que le rouleau sans la boîte entrera dans votre boîte! J'avais+- 300 livres de viandes à emballer. Je mets d'abord sous vide et ensuite j'emballe chaque pièce de viandes dans le papier afin d'empêcher que les pièces se frappent entre elles et percé le sac.
