I was recommended by a friend to use a hard plastic mouse pad from Steelseries as he had a hard plastic one that was good at tracking, smooth and durable (his lasted more than 10 years!). So I got one and was rather impressed by the quality, switching from multiple fabric mousepads, including ones from Steelseries.

I used to always have a fabric mousepad, got tired of how bad it is to clean during summer and it absorbs my sweat. Not only is it soooo much easier to keep clean, I never knew the mouse movement would be so clean and smooth.

Maus gleitet perfekt auf glatter Oberfläche. Leider wellt sich das Pad mit der Zeit, wenn es nicht angeklebt wird.

Smooth surface to glide on. Hard surface doesn’t gather stains- easily wiped down. A great mousemat my only gripe is after about 6 months the backing has started peeling off the plastic surface.
