I am embarking on my journey as a "real" cook or "advanced" sous chef as opposed to a real chef, and these knives make that journey easier and even more enjoyable. They are not too large, so they are easy to handle. They are sharp and well weighted, which makes the tasks of cutting meats and vegetables easier--almost fun. The price cannot be beat when one considers the impressive quality of these knives--and they look nice. In fact, they look very expensive, but they are surprisingly affordable. As I progress to more "advanced" cutlery, I will look for cutlery from this particular brand. They the best I've ever purchased, and they come highly recommended.

The knives came in a sturdy box, packed well and included a knife sheath for each knife. Their design is very nice. I’m impressed with the comfort and the balance is to my liking.
