This is a great supplement for us men. I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night daily and let me tell you these make me rock hard and have very intense orgasms with my lady within hours of taking. These pills are huge but easy to swallow with lots of liquid.

When I first opened the bottle, I had to check the label to make sure these pills weren't intended for horses! Not only are they huge, but the smooth external coating starts to break down quickly with exposure to fluid in the mouth, leaving a coarse surface that makes them even more difficult to swallow. I almost feel as if I should have someone standing by to perform the Heimlich Maneuver when I take them! But really, having said that, these are a fine source of L-Arginine, for a great price; just be aware that these may be problematic for those who are uncomfortable swallowing large pills. Update: After twice experiencing a feeling of panic when these huge pills got stuck halfway down, I threw the rest of them away. I regret having to do that; Nature's Bounty has long been my favorite source for supplements, but for L-Arginine I will have to look elsewhere.

I personally took this supplement to increase my cardiovascular abilities and in that case it very much worked! When I would run I would get a lot less sore during and after a run and y recovery times were extremely quick. This is also widely known as a remedy for ED in men. I've never had issues in that regard but from what I've learned from how it affected my cardiovascular health I can almost guarantee that this may be the solution for many men. I'd give it a try!
