I was buying a large cup of coffee at McDonald's every morning adding 10 packets of their white sugar. It tasted very good, but my doctor pulled my ears and demanded for me to stop. It was when I decided to still buy a large cup of coffee at McDonald's, but I now add three [3] packets of Brown Sugar and three [3] packets of Stevia. The combination is very agreeable to my taste; but not the least important, my blood sugar came down and my doctor smiles at me now. 😃
