This paper is great, I smoked a 16.5 lb brisket and it helped keep all the juices on tact brisket was phenomenal.

It help wrapped and keep my food hot to eat

I use this paper to eatmy crabs on it. Perfect in size and sturdy

Used for a grazing table but had to double up the paper because it is not very wide & it is pretty thin. Also it is very absorbent & left water marks from moist fruit & the flower vases. I would use this brand again.

I was running low on butcher paper as I use this a lot for smoking meats, primarily pork ends and ribs. It came in a sealed plastic wrap and so far we have used to wrap up leftover meats, as I haven’t been smoking meats lately. I also tried it the other day to wrap up a buffalo chicken sandwich and was able to re-heat right in the paper, which turned out great. I will note that it is only 12 inches across so be sure to make sure you know what size you are getting as I didn’t read that in the description, I only looked at the photo. This was on me, so not the fault of the paper / manufacture. Overall, I think this will still work for smaller items, but I do not think it will work for larger items like a large pork end. I see the notation of being able to use as a table running or even packing paper, so this product offers a lot of good usages. Would have liked a large size, but still a good option.
