It absolutely works for me. I can not go without it. I have tried the different ones from the same company and other brands also but none of them worked for me. I am also on bunch of other joint supplements like turmeric and ginger and omega but when I’m out of this one is the time I start to cringe with every move. Give this couple of weeks to see results. Pills are med size and easy to take. No GI problem with my sensitive stomach at all. I take 2 with breakfast. No after taste. Great quality. And honestly it’s so worth the price.
