But this definitely works on skin in general. I rubbed it on my whole one day and decided I might just use as an overnight serum. Improved texture and made skin look really nice. If it doesn’t work for ur under eyes just use it as an overnight serum and put a good moisturiser on top. Either or either way it will work for something!
