Excellent quality fabric that feels just like a real casino table. The cards glide smoothly, the material is durable, and the size is perfect for covering a full poker table. Easy to work with and instantly upgrades the look and feel of any card game setup.

We have an octagonal game table and the felt on the card top insert had ripped. I left the felt and padding and covered over the insert with this. Did take a fair amount of ironing to get creases out from being folded in shipping. Others have noted this. I ironed it (on synthetic setting) with light use of a spray bottle of distilled water probably 3 times. Then I let it sit flat on our dining table for a few days that gets some sun on it. When I put it on the table insert I stretched it tight over the padding and stapled it on the back. This is a job best done with two people by the way. Then I ran the iron over it a little more after I had it all stapled. It's super taught and not any sign of wrinkles. The key is getting it stretched tight in all directions. You can see in the picture how it turned out. Really dressed up the table over the black felt that was there before. I could have been a little more careful about lining up the pattern along the edge but that is just the OCD in me kicking in. My wife just laughs at me. She loves it. If I had any complaints (just observations really) I'd say it's a bit too slick for some things. We board game a lot and game bits do slide around on this more than on the felt. Now it is speed cloth so it's designed to let cards slide across it so that's to be expected. It also seems to attract and show lint and dog hair (we have a dog with white hair) but a quick wipe with a lint roller takes care of that. Lastly I'm not sure how well it will hold up. I noticed when putting it on it was possible to snag a thread and create a pull if I wasn't careful. Time will tell how this works out sliding things like dice towers around on it. But for now it is an inexpensive, very beautiful and relatively easy fix to a torn table top. I'm very happy. Oh and the size of this gave me plenty extra to do this again if I ever need to replace it. I only used half of it for a 60" table.

I would have given it 5 out of 5 but the creases from folding knocked a star off. I spent a good 20 minutes ironing (the reverse side) before installing. Creases were still visible after so I left it for 24 hours. Nope, still there. I put a towel on the fabric and did a high steam iron and after about 20 minutes the creases disappeared. This made a 20 year old table look new again!

Honestly, this was one of the worst purchases I've made. We build poker tables occasionally in the garage for others or poker leagues and have used lots of different materials, decided to order this speedcloth. It did come folded up and you have to carefully get the creases out. But when it comes time to put it into place, the material will not stretch at all and it is impossible to not have wrinkles or sort of bubbles around on the table. We were applying this to a full size 10 seat table, perhaps if you are planning on using this for a much smaller table it may be easier to use. We couldn't return this item because we trimmed it down slightly in preparation to put into place. The other thing - - yes, it is slickery when sliding cards. But that surface is more like a plastic picnic tablecloth. Literally. It seems like something you would use outside or camping, just wipe off any spills and reuse. Or even throw away after your camping trip. For building a poker table or resurfacing an existing one, highly recommend getting something different. It's an expensive plastic-ish picnic table cloth. So disappointed. If you are really interested in speedcloth find a different product made of different fabric.

Pretty nice. It is water/liquid repellent. You can wipe/dab clean. I used it for poker once so far and there was spillage. However, it still looks new.

I switched my poker table speed cloth over from blue to purple and am I ever glad I did. Took a little over 4 hours to change everything over but it turned out amazing. Picked up some copag cards to match now the monthly home games look so much better. Carefully using an iron helps get the folding seams out as well and the material stretches nicely to staple.
