Great product, simple ingredients, not bad salty taste. I feel more energised taking electrolytes when I do fasting. It also helps me with better sleep.

I’ve been using this electrolyte powder for a while and I’m happy with it. It does taste quite salty, so I mix it into drinks or even Greek yogurt where the salty taste works well. I’ve noticed better hydration and overall feel better using it. Good value for the price.

If you’re looking for electrolyte powder without any sweetener, look no further. This is perfect and can be used for supplement to ensure sodium and potassium levels. One little scoop in some water sorts me out when I’m feeling meh. Great hangover cure too if you’ve had a night out.

Quite good and cost effective but doesn’t dissolve completely so it’s a bit grainy. All in all, this is a good quality electrolyte powder with the right combination of minerals. The plain flavour is not overly-salty when mixed up properly, either. It’s inexpensive for the number of servings you get, which makes it great as a daily-dose electrolyte. That being said, the one drawback is that it doesn’t fully dissolve when mixed at the correct dosage so I frequently get a grainy/gritty texture when drinking it, which isn’t particularly pleasant, but it isn’t a deal breaker. The included serving spoon is handy.

First- I have no idea why people complain about the taste. Obviously their taste buds are somehow damaged from drinking sugary drinks and expecting electrolytes to taste like vanilla milk shake. It LITERALLY TASTES LIKE NOTHING. Zero taste. The first scoop I added some lemon juice, it tasted like.. lemon juice water. The second two scoops I added together in plain still water. It has no taste at all! Second- it works FANTASTIC! When you switch from bad diet /high sodium/ to super clean diet like myself /clean keto for 2 years/ you have to think about sodium depletion. I didn’t think about it and I struggled with headache for the longest time. It hit me that it might be the electrolytes when I started drinking a gallon of water a day and the headaches became unbearable. This product solved it all! I add one scoop to each bottle of water I drink and IT WORKS MAGIC!!

It seems to be exactly what is says it is. I find it helps, but only use it if I'm doing a particularly heavy workout or on a significant calorie deficit. The only issue that I have is that it does make me retain water, which is apparently normal and goes away after a couple of days without using it.

The price is OK, however the powder only fill up the half bottle. Such a waste of size. They should have made the bottle smaller or put more powder in it. The ingredients are good. No additional junk, so it is healthy, however the taste is not good. Bit salty. Not surprised, it contains salt and our body needs it. It is a bit misleading to advertised this flavourless. If you mix this powder with something it can take away the bad taste. I have mixed it with water, lime and a little bit of Xylitol. Much better result. Do not buy any flavoured electrolyte powder because they contains not healthy ingredients. I still recommend this product, but it needs to be mixed with something. On its on, it is undrinkable.

Using it while on 18-6 Keto diet. Taste is negligible. Works well especially on the 24hr fasts. Use it while cycling also. Dissolves ok as far as I can see.
