Useful features and easy to use.

The scales are a replacement for another set Of salter purchased many years previously. I dropped and broke them.I’ve purchased salter again for their accuracy. The problem I have however is that they just won’t turn off and I don’t want to needlessly waste the battery.

This is a good scale for the money, it's accurate and the display is easy to see. Comes with battery. The bowl is also good quality and sits nicely on the base.

The scale works fine once you open it, the digital display is ok, it could do with a backlight. Unfortunately, once you install the batteries the device doesn't turn off, and they are small watch batteries so the scale wears down the batteries within a few days. Disappointing as it is a good quality scale with a fundamental flaw.

I use this daily and is great kitchen scales. Brilliant for following recipes and quick easy accurate results
