A miss for me
Love Megachef’s oyster sauce, soy sauce and fish sauce but this was kind of a miss for me. It has sharp saltiness that doesn’t seem balanced by any other flavors. I don’t detect any particular mushroom flavor either. It’s not bad per se, but there are just so many other things that I could use instead that would add more complexity.
