These are great and affordable. I love that it helps me stay hydrated throughout the day, I have a problem with drinking enough water and these really help. I love the flavors, no dyes, easy to mix, and no weird textures. I sometimes just use a half a stick per glass of water, flavor is more watered down but still makes it enjoyable and i can get 2 glasses of water in from one stick. My skin & body has thanked me for purchasing these. I recommend for those who struggle to get their daily water intake but want clean ingredients.

I got these for my friends bachelorette party to put in the “hangover basket” and they were a huge hit! We drank them at night before bed and in the morning to stay hydrated! I love all the different flavor options included and they all taste great, grape was my favorite! They dissolve well but to leave the water a little hazy and gritty tasting, but I feel like that’s to be expected with most packets like this. The speed of it dissolving was nice and quick, easy to shake in a water bottle too! The quality of it working was great and I would definitely buy again. The large pack lasted us the entire bachelorette party and we have a bunch leftover still too! 🙌🏼

They mix up well. Love they are sugar free and stuff. The flavors are not the best. I usually don’t mind these certain flavors, but these are just not my favorite.

The electrolyte powder has a good flavor. And so far I’ve had three of the flavors. They taste good. It’s too sweet for me though, and I get headaches (probably from the stevia). Also, for some reason it seems to “go right through me” when I use it. I’m having to run and go about every thirty minutes. I’m not sure if it’s an allergic response to ingredients or if this is just how electrolytes work. I can’t tell if it’s helping hydrate me or not. The taste really is excellent (even though I think too sweet) and it is strong. It mixes and dissolves very well. I got this on a spectacular sale as I would not buy this (or anything else) on what was shown as the “regular price.”
