Is this raw chocolate? It seems so but doesn't call itself that from what I can see.

The ingredients are cacao beans and cacao butter (you can see the ingredients on the photos on Amazon) which I believe are the raw ingredients companies use to make chocolate.

Are you able to bake with this chocolate?

I absolutely love these dark chocolate bars! They are 100% cacao, so they aren’t for everyone, but if you like full dark chocolate, these are the best. It’s a very high quality chocolate too. You can tell that these were made with care. The taste and texture are perfect. Since there is no sugar, they are quite literally a superfood. The way they package them is great too.
