Sized way too big and straps instantly broke

Costume came with defects and as well was very long in the body. When contacting the company I was to pay shipping which was appropriate but they also wanted to charge 15% restocking fee and a 10% fee for opening the package which is unavoidable to try it on. Will no longer use this company for future purchases. Also took contacting twice for a response.

The material is not so good quality but the design is very nice.
