When I first connected it to my phone and was learning the buttons, I activated my music and was impressed at the full range of rich audio coming through the speaker. It seemed like overkill for a phone headset until I joined a meeting and realized that the same high-quality audio for music makes the audio on phone calls and meetings that much better as well. The microphone does a great job, and people in my online meeting said my voice was clear without any background sound.The main button has tactile feedback, which is nice, because it doesn't accidentally press like earbuds do. No accidental light grazing of the device is going to change songs or disconnect a call. The volume up/down buttons are intuitively located. I hadn't even looked to see where they were located before putting the headset on and when I reached to find them, they were exactly where my finger landed.The device supports phone, music and Siri functionality with varying button presses, automatically powers on when taken out of the case, and the case has a USB-C port, so it works with any USB-C cable, instead of some annoying weird micro or mini USB. It's nice being able to use one cable for multiple devices. Bonus: there's a little display inside the case that shows the charge level--nice!
