This is just my experience but baaaaaaby, this worked wonders for me. I’ve been dealing with this hemorrhoid since having my twins in 2024. I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant and it’s back. Normally I would just push it back in since it’s kinda small but this time it’s a little bigger and more painful. I ordered this one night and used it, instant relief. I then used it a few times the next day and by the day after it was gone. Swelling went down, it’s back inside, no pain for me at all. Again this is just my experience, I hope it works for you as well as it did for me!

This is pricy but worth it. My poor husband was struggling with hemorrhoids and/or fissures and tucks pads and prep-H were not helping. he was in so much pain every day. He used this as directed and hasn't had a problem since. It was a life saver and helped a little immediately and a lot in a few days and completely in a couple weeks.

*Edit - One month later* I will not change my original star rating on this product, but fair warning to anyone using it: DO NOT OVERUSE. I'm serious. It was such a help and relief that I used it more than the package instructed to. It was the only thing that helped. Until it didn’t. Everything was getting better, finally. But then the rash started. And the itching got worse. I continued to use it, not realizing, as it was the only thing that helped, but the rash just got worse. The skin began to harden and the itching and burning was unbearable, worse than what had originally prompted me to use this product in the first place. It was a vicious cycle that I finally broke when I realized that the solution WAS the problem. I had gotten contact dermatitis from overuse and the only way to fix it was to stop using it completely. After a few days without it, the itching, burning rash is finally beginning to calm down. So please be careful. Learn from my rather embarrassing mistake and use only as directed. I will say that it has a bit of a burn when you first apply, moreso than say, Preparation H, but it only lasts a few seconds before relief sets in, and it works better. I would recommend.

Recently postpartum had terrible hemorrhoids nothing worked until I purchased this. Cleared them up quickly and reduce the pain.highly recommend if your having the same issue.

I was a ittle nervous well i think we all have these embarassing diffifcult times in life in crazy ways this helped all i can say for Hem/fissure issue did not irritate me or cause allergic reaction very soothing for eh-hem sensative parts decent side not too greasy.

I've tried a lot of hemorrhoid creams and suppositories, and am always on the search for the best product (although I've found some that pretty good). I was attracted to this one because of it's high ratings and the value. I am disappointed the results with this one, as it didn't seem to relieve my itchiness. Some other reviewers seem to complain about the "burning" of other herbal cream remedies. I've used a couple of those products, and the cooling menthol feeling offers me a lot of relief. Having said all this, I was impressed by the responsiveness of the vendor. They voluntarily offered me a full refund and an additional credit to consider giving it a second try. They also made a point of saying I didn't have to update my original review, but I did want to update it anyway because I definitely value customer service. A lot of people have given this a high rating, perhaps I just have a weird butt...
