These are nice and supportive. A little pricey, but so far a good buy. The mediums fit a 10.5 shoe size with no modifications at all.

It feels good but as an athlete I don’t notice much of a difference. I play indoor soccer and I do a lot of fast movements and cuts. It doesn’t really make a difference in playing.

I have suffered from foot pain for quite some time. My doctor proscribe inserts which cause the pain to worsen. A coworker told me how these worked and am I glad I took her advice. My foot pain has almost disappeared!
