Great product
This brand is always good for me both of my nutritionist have been recommended for different reasons. This Zinc in particular is easy to swallow, are small white capsules and it works very well as part of my supplements. Definitely I recommended.

Gastric Upset
I had high hopes for the Pure Encapsulations Zinc 15 mg, but unfortunately, it caused some gastric discomfort and burping for me. While the quality of the product seems solid, I experienced stomach upset after taking it, which was disappointing. It may work fine for others, but if you have a sensitive stomach like me, you might want to proceed with caution. I’m going to try a different form of zinc to see if it’s gentler on my system.
