Bactine Max Pain Relieving Spray is solid for cuts and scrapes—no sting, kills germs well, and dries fast. The 5oz can is handy for the first-aid kit. Lidocaine helps a bit with itch from bug bites, but pain relief is only mild—not as strong as I hoped. Still worth keeping around.

Love this stuff! It definitely works. The lidocaine does numb the pain but I will say, it does sting a little when you first spray it on a wound.

Bactine's been around since I was young (that's a long time). Antiseptic for wounds, and topical numbing if it hurts. The bottle is a manual hand pump so you don't have to worry about the propellant giving out.
