Title: Obsessed is an Understatement 💪✨ I am genuinely obsessed with these David high protein bars. I tried one for the first time and immediately kept buying them nonstop—they’re that good. They’re packed with protein and only around 150 calories, which makes them perfect if you’re trying to be more intentional about your protein intake (because let’s be real, most of us don’t get enough). The texture is honestly one of the best parts. It has a slight crunch, so it’s not overly gooey or sticky, and it doesn’t get stuck in your teeth like a lot of protein bars do. Plus, there’s no weird protein aftertaste—it actually tastes good. The only downside is the price—it is a bit more expensive compared to other bars. But considering the higher protein content and quality, I get it. Still… if these ever came in a bulk pack at Costco, I’d be first in line. Highly recommend if you want a protein bar that actually tastes good and feels satisfying!

I really like these protein bars for their ingredients and protein and calorie counts. I've tried almost all the flavors and this one is, hands down, the best!

I've tried other David protein bar flavors and loved them, so I gave Red Velvet flavor a try. Absolutely tastes like red velvet – bravo! David protein bars are the best tasting out there – 28g protein, 150 calories, 12g carbs, 2g fat. It is sweet and chewy, has a slight crunch to it, and, while it doesn't make me feel full, it is satisfying. It helps me meet my dietary goals and is high quality. The only thing I'd change about it is to swap out collagen ingredient with one of the many plant-based alternatives that are available. David bars are more expensive than many other available protein bars, but none taste as good as this one; many also don't provide 28g of protein per bar.

BEWARE OF LIES *ADVERTISES NO SUGAR* ON PACKAGING ESPECIALLY IF KETO OR DIABETIC OR CUTTING! These are marketed superbly with the founders quest for a better protein bar. Specifically, one that has the highest calorie to protein ratio with ZERO SUGAR. Maltitol ACTS EXACTLY THE SAME IF NOT WORSE FROM A GLYCEMIC STANDPOINT THAN SUGAR. Look it up! Of all the "sugar alcohols" its the worst. THATS HOW IT'S SO MANY LESS CALORIES IS BECAUSE THEY'RE USING MALTITOL DONT GET IT CONFUSED WITH THE OTHER MALLITOL ITS ON THE BACK ONCE YOU GET IT. You'll know once you try it how flush you and hurt ur stomach because of the way its processed. look up studies, youtube, your favorite LLM they will tell you the same. I'd send them back If I didn't already open them. VERY few protein oriented foods use this ingredient for this EXACT reason. if a diabetic person ate this not knowing they could be in trouble. If you're in keto you will stall out. its the VERY FIRST ingredient listed under binders. notice how they list them seperately so you can't figure out the grammage of it.

These bars are to die for! Yes a protein bar that tastes grate and isn’t dry or cardboard material!!!! It’s like eating a piece of cake that’s actually good for you. The Forest cake bars are the best! These cinnamon bars are runner up . But in quality and protein, they both win !
