packaged arrived in great condition. I do like the color of the stain on the chair and I do like the shade of green used on the fabric what I do not like is that there is a serious flaw in this item that could have been spotted upon packaging before shipment that flaw is splitting of the wood rail near the front left hinge- I wonder if the split occurred because the wood is not properly kiln-dried or if there was an issue with the Assembly of the chair what I don't understand is why this chair was not pulled from the inventory and corrected or disposed of and why it was shipped to a customer to begin with. It is very noticeable and it is not a cosmetic flaw it is a serious structural flaw. this company has not reached out to me to get this returned back to them instead they have provided a label that I have to print I have no printer and I do not have UPS nearby UPS will be a half an hour drive just company could provide a UPS label and a UPS pickup but they refuse to do it!

The footrest is screwed on and must be removed to collapse the chair. Additionally, the screws are pulling out of the footrest and will render the footrest useless. Don’t buy.

Nice chairs but one arrived with a broken frame. I am in touch with the seller and arranging for a return. Once the return/refund happens I will update this review. UPDATE: I had to go through Amazon's A to Z guarantee program to finally receive my refund almost a month later. I am afraid that I can not recommend the seller alon itach as they stopped responding to my inquiries after three weeks of waiting for news of my return.
