What's the consistency of this product compared to the reginerist micro sculpting cream?

Sorry, I've only used the Olay Night Recovery Cream, so I can't compare. The Night Recovery cream is a thick, white, smooth cream. When you dip your finger into the cream, the cream will stay on your fingers - not run off.

Does it have an inner seal over the jar?

Yes. This has an inner seal. This is how the product is packaged primary: purple plastic jar with silver screw-on lid and has a white, plastic cover disc inside the jar covering the cream. Secondary: red, white and silver carton/box

Where is the expiration (or Use by) date?

This cream doesn't have an expiration date, however, there is a shelf life of 2-3 years. -The Olay Team

How is this product different 7-in-1 effects cream? "night cream by olay total effects anti-aging night firming cream & face moisturizer".

I believe the retinol is the major difference. I use their 7-in-1 during the day and just got this to try at night.
