The Corsair HX1500i is hands down one of the best power supplies I’ve ever used. It’s incredibly powerful yet surprisingly compact, which made installation much easier than I expected for a 1500W unit. Despite the huge power output, the PSU runs basically silent even during gaming and stress tests, the fan barely kicks on. The cables are really nice quality too. They’re braided, flexible, and clean, which makes cable management so much easier. Corsair also includes every cable you could possibly need and extra options for different setups, so you’re fully covered no matter what your build requires. Power delivery is stable, efficiency is great, and iCUE monitoring works perfectly for checking power draw and temps. Overall, this is an incredibly well built, reliable, and overkill in a good way PSU. If you want something small, powerful, silent, and loaded with premium braided cables, the HX1500i is perfect.

I purchased this power supply for my RTX 5090. My previous EVGA 1300W G2 lacked the native connector, so I had to use the adapter, but I had seen people having melting issues with the included MSI adapter. I decided to purchase this power supply based on the testing done by Cybernetics. This PSU comes with dual 12V-2x6 cables (and ability to use both of them at the same time) which I wanted in-case the RTX 6090 requires dual 12V-2x6. The install was pretty easy. I went fan up (towards the GPU) and I noticed only 3 screw holes were present, though the PSU is just fine with 3 screws, it's glued to the chassis. The cables are adequate length for regular ATX cases, I noticed every cable had a nice click except the 24 pin motherboard which was a bit faint. The 12V-2x6 clicked nicely into my MSI RTX 5090. The pins on the 12V-2x6 had normal wiggle variance as per Corsair's specs. And overall the cables were flexible and of good quality. I did find with my case the included SATA power cables weren't long enough for the back mount of my HDDs, so I had to use two of them, if you have a regular case you should be fine, my Fractal Define S has the HDDs behind the motherboard tray, and not in any cages. One small annoyance was the lack of a PSU bag for the cables, and there is no included manual, both of which came with my EVGA 1300W G2, the box seems of good quality though, so it's not all bad. I did like the included zip ties which helped with cable management, I chose not to use the combs since my case doesn't even have a side panel window (which I prefer). I can't even hear the power supply when it's in use, so that's nice, not that I ever noticed my other PSUs fan either. One of the reasons I went with Corsair was the use of two 8 pins on the power supply side for the 12V cable (two 8 pins means a perfect amount of pins into the 12V-2x6 cable, and the 12V-2x6 has the jumper thing telling the GPU 600W is a-okay to draw from). I prefer this due to how small the regular 12V-2x6 is compared to two 8 pins which I think would make a more stable connection/last longer while still being ATX3/3.1. Another reason was the warranty, which while is standard at 10 years, I only ever heard bad about other manufacturers getting in-contact with, whereas Corsair is a known entity. The final reason being Jon Gerow (JohhnyGuru) who, when I purchased my EVGA 1300W G2, was the authority on PSUs and testing, has been working at Corsair for a very long time, I trust him and the team at Corsair. I'm perfectly happy so-far, I didn't run in to any issues, the cables were nice, the PSU instantly worked, if I have any issues or complaints I will update this review. I would recommend the HX1500i (2025).

Tem funcionado bem e veio com o cabo de força. Única coisa que me incomodou um pouco foi o modo como o cabo da placa-mãe é, com uns fios sobre outros ao invés de estarem mais organizados
