We bought our first one back in March2020 to keep an eye on our new baby girl. It worked great. Long battery, good picture, nice audio. No problems. Then about 8 months later the power button broke. It would still turn on but it seemed like you just had to breath on it and the unit would shut down. The power button failed somehow and was not "clicking" like it used to. As Long as I didn't mess with it once it was on, then everything was fine. I ordered a replacement and recieved it on a couple of days. When I opened the package I remembered that the unit comes with a 12 month warranty. UGH! I wish I would have remembered that before buying a new one. So I emailed the manufacturer to just tell them the switch failed and so they could use that information to maybe find a problem with their product. I'm not saying that there is an issue with the sturdiness but just wanted to give them that info. They immediately responded and offered to send me a replacement. I informed them I didnt need a replacement as I had already bought a new on, but thanked them anyway. Within and hour they responded again and offered to refund me for the purchase of the first unit that failed. I didn't even ask them to do that. I didn't even HINT that is what I wanted. Either way I thanked them for their great customer service and I am waiting to see if it hits my checking account. So even though the first unit failed after 8 months, I am giving this five stars since I like their product and their customer service is fantastic. I would HIGHLY recommend this product.

Ordered this device back in May of this year and it worked great. Video quality is pretty good both day and night and the audio is pretty clear to where we can easily understand what our kid is saying or when he's starting to toss and turn and getting ready to cry out for momma and papi. The microphone push button feature also works where to where he can hear us console him as we make our way to his room. The camera does have a small LED light that is visible at night that we did cover with a small piece of black tape to keep the room nice and dark. Battery life is pretty good but we do keep it plugged in overnight when it's at our bedside. We did have an issue with our original device where the battery life deteriorated rapidly and wouldn't stay on without being plugged in but the customer service rep was quick to respond, address the issues, and come to a quick solution which we are extremely happy with. Will happily endorse this device to friends and strangers alike.

Excellent simple monitor priced right. This monitor has great audio reception and the video works well day and night (infrared). The 2-way microphone system allows us to talk to our grandson if we notice he has woken from his nap early. We purchased this monitor for our first grandchild back in 2022 which matched what our daughter had bought for their house. It was worked very well for the past 2+ years. Since this model's documentation indicated that it could support up to 4 cameras, we decided to try to get an additional camera for another room (and another grandchild). I wasn't able to find an exact match of the camera alone, so I purchased another entire system. Unfortunately, enough time had elapsed between the two systems manufacturing date that we weren't able to make either system pare up with the other system's camera. Each system works perfectly fine with their own camera/monitor combination. An email to their tech support let us know that in that 2 year period, there was a software update that occurred to the newer systems, which made them incompatible with the older camera. They have offered to send us an additional upgraded system so both cameras can be compatible with either monitor system. This was unexpected and totally beyond typical technical support for a product. Both product and support gets 5-stars in my book.

I’ve had this for 2 years everything has worked fine until about a week ago, it got super hot and I smelled something burning, but I couldn’t physically see anything. This past week the case has started popping up, it won’t close… so I unscrew the bottom two screws to find the battery is swollen? Like it’s going to explode or something.. and I smell that same burning smell. Beware…obviously put 4 stars so people will see this. And like others have said I have often had a “frozen” image and thinking she was asleep but the screen was just froze and she actually had been crying.

There’s so many monitors to choose from but this one really is great! Especially for the price. We have used this camera and monitor for over four years. We added a camera when our second son came along 2 years in and it paired nicely. We’ve even taken it on vacation and it was a lifesaver especially since it doesnt need wifi. The main reason we chose this one was because it doesnt connect to wifi so if wifi is out or if some weirdo hacked into our internet, they couldnt see our kids. The range is nice - we have had a 2500 sq ft house and now a 1500 sqft house and it reaches the back yard and even to our neighbors backyard! We have at least 15 ft between our houses. The camera picture quality is clear and it’s easy to use but not over complicated. The only thing I’ve maybe wanted was to be able to pan around but Anmate makes one of those too. Only reason i didnt buy that one was because I dont think it was out four years ago. When you do buy this camera, grab a wall mount and mount it right above the crib and then you really dont even need the ability to pan. This camera and monitor have been through just about everything with us. From staring at it all night when we transitioned to the crib with my first to praying these kids would just nap/go to bed already to vacations and finally to my four year old asking to see his brother and sister on the monitor sleeping. After four years our monitor battery has started to die. It still works plugged in and works all around, just doesnt last as long. So i bought a new monitor and camera so I’d have 3 cameras and a new monitor. Weelllll the new camera/monitors do not work with the old. So heads up if you have had this setup like me and just want to add a camera. The back of our monitors and cameras say 600mA and the new are 700mA. I messaged the company hoping they will help. The reply was quick and they are pretty nice. Fingers crossed they help me! *Edit: the company sent me a second camera for free. A+

Literally plug and play. (3 AAA Batteries were included but I used my own.) I use this to keep an eye on an elderly parent with dementia and other neuro disorders. Features I LOVE: It has a mic button I can press if he calls out or gets up to ask if he needs help. He can hear it clearly and I can hear him back. Sound from Low to high for the room the camera is in The temperature is accurate and can be used in either F or C Parent unit can easily be carried during other activities to keep an eye on the room ECO setting to shut off screen so it doesnt run the battery doen. Press the button on the Parent unit and you can see the room again/at any time. Even if the screen is dark/night, if the baby cries or moves (adult moves or calls out) The screen also comes back on The screeen resolution can be adjusted via brightness etc and the infrared is auto when there is no light. There are 3 lullabyes you can use for the baby by oressing a button. I dont need that feature but it seems nice to have for a baby or small child. Battey life is pretty good. I have used it for several hours at night when hes asleep and I have been awake working. **Side note I am using the Amazon rechargable batteries for this not the ones it DOES come with. It could make a difference. Cons: Can't think of one that affects me if it is there. **I think you can set up other units if you need more than one room but I havent done that** For 50 USD I feel like it abslutely delivers what it advertises; It delivers better than I expected, to be honest. I sleep much better having this. What a small price for the peace of mind it provides.

I bought this baby monitor camera in 2023 and absolutely loved it. The video quality was great, I could easily check on my baby, and I liked the different viewing modes. I also appreciated that you could connect multiple cameras to one monitor. In 2024, I bought a second camera expecting to pair it with the first one—but no luck. I tried everything: reading the manual, digging through reviews, troubleshooting on my own. Nothing worked. Turns out, cameras made in 2023 and those made in 2024 (or later) don’t work together. That’s not mentioned clearly anywhere, so I want to say it here loud and clear: check compatibility before buying a second camera. I was ready to leave a negative review, but I reached out to customer support and they responded within 24 hours. They helped me troubleshoot and, once we confirmed the compatibility issue, they sent me a replacement camera that matched my setup. Now everything works perfectly. Because of their fast and helpful customer service, I’m giving this five stars. If you run into issues, don’t hesitate to contact them -- they really do stand behind their product.

This monitor has worked really well... for as long as it works. The range through our house is about 40 feet. So with the kids on the top level, it mostly works in the basement. The connection is not the best, but it works. The video quality and sound is great. Overall, no complaints on how it works. The problem is that they only last and work for about a year and a half. I am on my third kid now, and my third monitor, and the third one all of a sudden no longer can hold a charge. All of them have eventually lost battery usage to where we have had to plug then in all the time. But for the first too even, they started freezing up to where they were unusable half way through the night. They would eventually work again, but they were very unreliable. So in the end, if you want a monitor that will last about a year and a half, and you are ok with buying a new one at that point, then this is a good one.
