Very impress with the A56 phone for its quality, price and phone performance. Better than I expected. It did mention that T Mobile was somewhat incompatible, but I believe it was to the E911 emergency that I was able to fix. Everything works well so far.

Perfectly smooth and excellent battery life. Bought two to gift to my parents. It's already at a great price, but if you can get it on sale, it's an absolute bargain. The compact size makes it easy to hold on to and use. My parents use non US international sim cards, and the connectivity is flawless.

I chose this phone because I wanted a "new" phone but didn't want to pay 1k USD for it. At the time of purchase, it wasn't available in the US officially. Now that I got it, for a month+ im still trying to learn it. My biggest gribe is the screen while outside in the sun. The screen is dark even when the brightness leveled is full tilt. My 2nd gribe is the usb-c port and lack of 3mm jack. I knew this coming into this, but still im annoyed not being able to charge and use headphones at the same time (without Bluetooth). If only wireless charging was a feature. Beyond these minor known issues, im currently pleased with the phone. I wish I still had Samsung Messenging instead of using Google Messenging. I wish my Samsung Secure folder and documents transfered after using Samsung Switch. This phone doesnt even have Secure Folder pre-installed (again, purchased unlocked). Some settings I struggle with and blame the current software not providing the same features from older version. I don't like my alert sounds. Samasung Note 9 sounds not present. I haven't figured out how to assign different alert sounds based on the app. ALSO, big personal issue .... I have notification vibration on and with the current case I use, I can't hear/feel my phone when I have it laying on my desk! This hurts me during working hours, as I have no clue when to look at my phone. The on-screen edge notification barely shows up too during pop-ups. Idk... The phone works, im not used to missing features from Note 9. This phone isn't terrible, but im sure more adjustments is needed to call it your own. Google Messenger? Why Samsung?? 8 out of 10 easy ! (Thanks for the dual sim-card option. I'm not an international player atm ;) ) Next time, include an expandable SD slot.

Great customer support! I was having issues with my phone connection. I got the unlocked International Galaxy a56 5G. I was worried about it working with my phone carrier, Puretalk which runs off ATT. The two IMEI numbers on the phone didn't work with Puretalk, but there was a sticker on the phone that gave an IMEI number in case the phone IMEI numbers didn't work. It worked! But after a few weeks I had dropped connections from my wifi. Since it didn't seem to affect my tablet, I thought it was my phone. I contacted tech support from Puretalk, Samsung. I also tried my internet/ wifi provider but used the wrong number & gave up after wrestling with the system. I contacted seller and got a quick reply with troubleshooting suggestions. I had tried them all but when my tablet began to drop wifi connection, I successfully contacted my internet/wifi provider. All it needed was a reboot! All that to say that I was pleased with this seller. I am very pleased with the phone so far. Fyi, seller included a genuine Samsung charger.

Not compatible with Spectrum even though Spectrum uses Verizon towers and this phone is compatible with Verizon. Make that make sense. They need to post a full list of compatible carriers.

Compré este celular como regalo para mi mamá y le encantó. Al inicio no quería optar por un Samsung de la serie A porque en el pasado me han parecido algo lentos, pero después de investigar bastante en videos y reseñas de otros usuarios, me decidí por este modelo y fue una muy buena elección (de hecho, hasta a mí me gustó). El teléfono no se siente lento en absoluto, el diseño es atractivo y se nota bien construido. Además, con las actualizaciones constantes que suele ofrecer Samsung, considero que es un equipo que puede durar fácilmente varios años, incluso hasta unos 5 sin problema. Un punto a favor es que cuenta con eSIM, algo que no siempre se ve en este rango de precio. Por el costo, me parece un celular excelente para uso básico y cotidiano, e incluso va más que sobrado para ese tipo de tareas. No lo he probado con juegos, ya que mi mamá no juega en el celular, pero por la fluidez que tiene, no dudo que pueda correr sin problemas juegos básicos como shooters o MOBAs. Conclusión: Muy buena compra, equilibrado, rápido para el día a día y con buen soporte de actualizaciones. Totalmente recomendado.

Amazing phone Budget phone

Llego muy bien, sellado y todo, tengan en cuenta que no incluye cargador (si incluye cable), pero por el precio en que lo compre me pareció excelente, aún no lo uso pero estoy segura que me va a encantar ya que soy fan de Samsung, me parece una marca que ofrece muy buena calidad a un buen precio. También llegó rápido y el color del celular hermoso es un rosa muy claro pero me encanta justo como lo quería. Gracias 💗

Terrific smartphone ...... lots of storage (I have the 256GB model), clear sharp display plus help from the Samsung Smart Tutor if I need any assistance. Love this phone.

Buen telefono, soy de Mexico y aunque tardo un poco mas de lo esperado valio completamente la pena pues llego en perfectas condiciones. Aunque eso si, los de aduana abrieron todo con tal de ver que si era solo un telefono.
