I’ve tried so many gluten-free pancake mixes over the years, but the Namaste Foods Gluten Free Waffle & Pancake Mix is hands down one of the best. For anyone health-conscious or trying to cut out unnecessary additives, this mix is a winner. The ingredient list is simple, clean, and free of all the junk you usually find in packaged mixes, which gives me peace of mind when I’m making breakfast for my family. The best part? My kids absolutely love it. The pancakes come out fluffy, flavorful, and not overly sweet, so you can top them with fruit, honey, or maple syrup and they’re perfect. I’ve also tried using the mix for waffles, and they come out golden and crispy on the outside while staying soft inside. It’s also versatile. I’ve experimented with adding blueberries, bananas, and even a little cinnamon, and it always turns out great. Plus, it’s dairy-free, nut-free, and non-GMO, which makes it safe to share when we have friends over with different dietary needs. Healthy, clean, and delicious.. This is a staple in my pantry now. I always have this mix in our house. It is a delicious gluten free alternative which makes delicious waffle, crapes and pancakes. Taste is delicious and very filling.

The pancakes come out fluffy and delicious every time, and the best part is that kids absolutely love them. It’s hard to find a gluten-free mix that tastes this good, but this one never disappoints. We even use it when we do “breakfast for dinner,” and it always feels like a treat. Simple to make, consistent, and family-approved — highly recommend!

This is a wonderful product! They have it right for gf pancakes! Great texture and flavor!

I don't care for the pancakes or waffles but use it to make the best of biscuits

I have bought this item several times over the years. This bag was purchase in June 2025 and first open in August, . After 3 times trying to use the mix in this bag it becomes thick and gel like. The more liquid you add the thicker it gets. There is definitely something wrong with this batch of mix... the lot number is 25069-WP with a date of Sept 2026. I will not be purchasing this again after using it for more than 10 years.

So I have been off gluten for about four years not because I want to, but because I can't eat it. One of the worst things about not being able to eat gluten is how expensive GF is. I got six boxes of this pancake/waffle mix for under $15, so you can't beat that price. I make the whole box at one time, and make Belgian waffles from the mix. Then I freeze the waffles and eat them for breakfast or lunch during the week. Here are some tips from someone that has made a LOT of waffles in her lifetime. If you are making the whole box, use four EXTRA LARGE eggs, or at least large. If you can, leave the eggs out to reach room temp and slightly heat your liquid. Mix all the wet ingredients first, and keep some extra liquid, I use 2% milk, on hand in case you need a bit more than the recipe calls for. then add the dry mix to your liquids but do NOT over mix your batter. there should be small lumps still in the batter when you are done mixing it. This part is key, leave the batter to "rest" for about 10 minutes. You will see small bubbles breaking the surface. While the batter is resting, I turn on my Belgium waffle maker to heat up. Spray your waffler with pam or similar. Then, without mixing the batter again, I scoop out the batter onto the waffle iron surface. Make sure the waffler has time to reheat after you take out each waffle before putting more batter in. (IF I am making blueberry waffles, I scoop about 1/2 of the amount of batter into the waffler, then throw some thawed bloobs onto that batter and then scoop the second half of the batter in before closing the lid. It's not a big thing if all the bloobs are not covered with batter) These waffles come out with this awesome crunchy outside and a chewy tender inside. I just reheat them in a toaster oven at work.

My son has several food allergies and intolerances, including to gluten and dairy, along with a multitude of other things including almonds. The highlight of our annual family trip to Walt Disney World are the mickey waffles, especially for my son. This past year was the first time we've taken this trip since his diagnosis. We were thrilled to find out that this is the allergen-free pancake mix used at Disney World resorts, after chatting with the chef at The Wave. Disney does such an excellent job with allergy accommodations, and the waffles (allergen-free this trip!) ended up giving my son a true sense of normalcy--where he could eat food he was really missing since his diagnosis. Even before our trip was over, we ordered a case of this pancake & waffle mix to be waiting at home for us once we returned home. The mix makes pancakes that taste great! It's super simple to use, given the recipe on the box (in english and french). They're light and fluffy, hold up both as pancakes eaten fresh, as well as to both freezing/reheating, and using as a base for a breakfast sandwich. We will DEFINITELY be purchasing this mix again once this case is eaten. We highly recommend this both as a mix for non-allergy families, and especially for allergy families.

These waffles are fabulous. The best glutton free ever - and I have tried them all. They are even better than non-glutton free waffle mixes. I didn't even mind that I had to purchase a carton of 6 packages. They are soooooo worth it. Nameste is not available in my city anymore and I was so thrilled to find Amazon carries it.

EDITED: I'm a big fan of Namaste - some things I have purchased 3 times. As someone who is extremely sensitive to gluten proteins, I can eat Namaste's products worry free and the bonus is they taste great! The great thing about this Waffle and Pancake mix is adding fruits to the batter (for pancakes) like raspberries and blueberries, extras like Vanilla Bean paste (a staple item here). I truly appreciate Namaste gluten-free products for being clean - and by that I mean no dextrin, dextrose. maltodextrin or maltodextrose.
