Wish it was a little larger, but definitely is useful when getting a fresh piercing

I purchased this pillow because I’ve recently gotten conch piercings in both ears. It’s made a world of difference and it’s keeping my piercings safe and making it possible to sleep. This would be super handy for people using earbuds at night for ASMR or to listen to music before they fall asleep. It is a little firm, however it can be adjusted by removing some of the fluff inside. Which is mentioned in the listing and in instructions that are included. So any other reviews complaining about the firmness should be disregarded since those consumers could easily solve their own problems if they used their eyes and simply read. I haven’t removed any of the fluff from mine yet just because I prefer the firmness right now. It’s also not so firm your head would be uncomfortable. I want the firmness for piercing reasons so it’s all about preferences. I say if you’re in the market for a pillow like this either because of fresh piercings, you use earbuds or you have other ear concerns and can’t have pressure on them then buy this. It definitely helps, serves its purpose and makes sleeping more comfortable during the healing process. Also my photo is just after taking it out of the packaging and doing the recommending squishing and whatnot. It’s supposed to reach its full shape after 24 hours, but honestly it’s pretty good right out of the box after you give it the required squishing and fluffing all around.

Purchased for ear surgery for skin cancer. I am a restless side sleeoer and move from side to side. The cover is very comfortable. The firmness is fine. The issues I have are the height of the pilow its to low to use comfortably by itself but too high to put on a firm pillow. Also the hole for the ear could be slightly larger as it collapes inward when you place you head on the pillow.

I'm happy, I could take some of the stuffing out. It's too tall on my pillow, but too low on my bed. I have to put a pillow case on it. Both sides are rough feeling to me. It keeps my cartilage piercings safe.

This pillow is absolutely wonderful when you're a side sleeper and have a new piercing. Just got my cartilage pierced (and have other ear piercings) and being a side sleeper I really needed this pillow to protect the new piercing. It's very comfortable - soft yet supportive. The hole in the middle is perfect. I originally got the smaller version but this one is even better as it's bigger. Love them both though.

I use this pillow for bumps on my ears cartilage. They are very painful to sleep on. I can position my ear so it is in the hole and the rest of the pillow is comfortable on my cheeks. And head.

Ear opening is too small and poorly placed. Can't use the pillow. It makes my ear and neck sore.

Works great! Makes sleeping with a new piercing infinitely easier!
