I suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome and have to take medication daily to help combat it, but it still doesn't work completely. Getting going in the morning, staying focused, energized, and physically motivated has been a struggle for me since childhood, and genetically I metabolize caffeine at much faster rate than what is considered to be average or normal (I had DNA genome testing done). This means the amount of caffeine I need to consume in order to benefit from its effects is much greater, and the duration of its effects is considerably shorter. I end up having to drink caffeinated beverages all day long just to stay awake, but it does very little in regards to keeping me from feeling sleepy or physically exhausted. Unfortunately this has also led to weight gain because I'm not as active as I'd like to be. I've tried every energy drink, every caffeinated gum, every powder, every energy pill. They either don't work well enough, are too sweet, make me feel nauseous or shaky rather than energized, cause headaches or sugar crashes and leave me feeling worse. I ordered a case of Celsius not knowing what to expect, but willing to give it a go. The fact that it is sugar free, aspartame free, free of artificial preservatives, high fructose corn syrup, and free from artificial coloring and flavors was the high selling point for me. The burning an extra 100 calories claim was just a bonus, but also intriguing. I hoped that it wouldn't taste awful. I'm very happy to say that not only does it work at keeping me energized and not just awake, it tastes great! My favorite are the two non-carbonated flavors, but the carbonated flavors aren't horrible though, even the cola which I was dubious about. Just ONE of these in the morning has completely replaced my need to drink copious amounts of coffee, tea, or soda throughout the day. Only one day did I have Celsius and coffee both. It makes me feel awake, focused, and most of all I get things DONE! It doesn't make me feel nauseous, shaky, give me headaches or cause any kind of crash either! I'm am SO glad I tried this! This is a total game changer for me! I am now completely out and ordered another case. Word of advice: if you drink it too late in the day you're gonna be up all night. The first time I tried it I drank it at around 7pm because I was falling asleep and needed to cook dinner. I ended up not being able to sleep until about 4 am. Also, if you're sensitive to caffeine I'd drink half and wait to see how it affects you before drinking the other half. My friend tried one when visiting because I was raving about it and it made him really shaky and anxious before he even finished it. I'm a complete convert and now I don't think I could go a day without having one in the morning. Highly recommend trying! Not only does it work, it's not full of nasty chemicals. Who could ask for anything more? **Update 12/6/16** I still drink one of these a day, sometimes two depending on what I'm doing and how much energy I need. I basically only drink the Cola and the Raspberry Acai flavors at this point. I tried the Watermelon recently and I don't like it at all. It has that chemical watermelon taste to it that watermelon gum has. Gah! I don't recommend that one. It's the ONLY flavor I've tried that I flat out dislike. It's way too sweet. I still have the case in my pantry. If I'm out of my regular flavors I will down one quickly before it loses any of its coldness. It's honestly the only way a I can get it down, bleh! Avoid! Despite the nastiness of the Watermelon, Celsius is still part of my daily routine. It's still the only drink to have the effects I'm looking for in an energy drink. I've even gotten a friend hooked and she now orders them and drinks them daily as well. My mom has MS and has a lot of lethargy because of it. She was drinking a few of the leading brands of energy drinks, and all the chemicals in them worried me, especially with how much of them she was drinking. I recommended that she try out Celsius, and now she drinks one a day and no longer needs to drink the other brands, and she is able to function much better all around. She swears by them and tells me she isn't getting headaches anymore, doesn't get jittery and her stamina for physical activity has improved greatly.

This stuff is pretty great! I've typically been drinking a can each morning before my run and I have burned more calories from the energy it gives me than I was burning previous to drinking these. That's definitely what they mean by "burn an extra 100 calories". Simply drinking Celsius will not shed any pounds; it is meant to be a supplement to aid in calorie burning. Although Celsius seems to be an excellent source of energy, I learned the hard way not to drink it at night. I was so excited to receive them that as soon as they arrived at 7pm, I immediately chugged an entire can. While my run was awesome and filled with energy that night, I finished the run and spotlessly cleaned every surface in my apartment, vaccumed every inch of carpet, scrubbed all of my tile, and pointlessly did laundry and other various chores that were definitely not necessary. Having all of that energy was great until it was suddenly 3am and I was unable to fall asleep to wake up at 6am for work! Big mistake. The flavors aren't too bad, either: Raspberry Acai Green Tea - This one is, by far, my favorite. Perhaps it's just because I love tea, but the flavor is nice and refreshing. It almost tastes like a low calorie snapple. Sparkling Orange - While I'm not a fan of carbonation, this flavor wasn't bad at all. To me, it tasted like diet orange soda. Sparkling Wild Berry - Another carbonated flavor that isn't too bad if you like that kind of thing. I thought it tasted like a fruity soda. Cola - This tastes EXACTLY like diet Pepsi. Green Tea Peach Mango - This flavor was also quite good. You can definitely taste the fruit in it, which is comforting and yummy. So basically, if you're looking to boost the energy in your workouts, I would suggest Celsius. It's a million times better than any other energy drink on the market and it's much better for your health. Try it out!

I bought this as a temporarily replacement to Monster as a caffeine source since I couldn't get to a store to buy a pack, and I was pleasantly surprised. First off, please note that I paid only $11 for these since I had a gift card to apply, so I'm not so sure if I'd find it worth the $20 price tag in the future. I usually have to drink a full energy drink to get through any day, and I can barely feel the caffeine's effects when I drink one. With these, I could feel energized (I believe that's because there's a little more caffeine in a can of this than there is in a Monster); it did make me a little jittery, so if you don't like that feeling, these might not be for you. I personally don't regularly work out, but my friend does, so I gave him a few of the cans to try, and he found that he enjoyed his workout more those days. For me, the fact that they're all 5 or 10 calories is good enough since I don't work out. As for the flavors, there are five different ones, and my friend and I enjoyed each one except for the cola, but hey, I can overlook one bad flavor for all the caffeine these have.

Because of a new job, I now have to go to the gym at 5:30 am if I want to get a workout in every day. As a person who was formerly waking up at 10 every day to go to the gym and then go to work, this seemed like a horrible, horrible fate that I was going to have to endure. My friend recommended that I try an energy drink in the morning to boost my caffeine before I go to the gym, and then the endorphins from my workout would keep me going until the end of the day. I found mention of Celsius on some blog I was reading, and decided to scour the reviews on Amazon for comments on the taste and effectiveness of it. Honestly, they were really mixed, but the drink isn’t that expensive so I decided to give it a try. Whoa. That is definitely 200 mg of caffeine that they put in there. I started by drinking just one very early in the morning about ten minutes before I would arrive to the gym, and by the time I got there I was seriously moving and shaking. I continued drinking it, but I was nervous that it would mess up the supplement I’ve been taking for mental focus, but honestly it seems just to increase the voracity of my workout. The supplement, NootropX - 90 caps - Mental Focus and Concentration Supplement With Memory Enhancement For Extreme Clarity and Alertness - Instant Brain and Memory Power Boost From Patented AES® Absorption System - The Ultimate Brain Vitamins , is for my mental focus and clarity throughout the day, and I take it before I go to the gym so that it can give me mental stimulation and focus before the gym. The celsius doesn’t seem to be negatively effecting me, I think they’re co-existing quite well. Anyway, off the tangent, celsius is a really good energy drink, I definitely recommend. Just don’t drink too many, or else you’ll be hooked.
