Great quality
I ordered these Halloween themed balloons to decorate for my niece's birthday, which falls on November 1st. This year, I decided to throw her a spooky witch themed birthday party on Halloween, and these balloons fit the theme perfectly. The balloons themselves are good quality, and inflated without issue. They are 12-inch, which is a standard sized balloon. The colors are bright and vivid, and it comes with a lot in the pack (more than I needed, actually - so I still have several left over). I also like that it comes with a really pretty ribbon to tie them to. For the price, they are a good value and I would recommend them without hesitation.
