I've been taking this for about a month- so it's hard to tell which is why I left a 4 star instead of 5. I will update as I continue my journey with this herb. It should be noted if you have never tried this that it will have a bit of an unpleasant taste. The texture is similar to that of an overly dry raisin but it's not unbearable. The more you take it the more you get used to it.

I just started using Dragon Herbs products and was very happy to learn of this company. I have purchased numerous supplements over the years, and in the back of my mind was always the issue of quality. After watching videos of this company and their practices, I will be using their products for a long time. I have subscribed to this item, since I have already purchased other products directly from the company. As I run out I will come here to replenish. I appreciate this natural blood tonic which is simply an enjoyable fruit.
