The size of the pills are easy to ingest, I give these to my father also who has trouble swallowing pills but these he tells me he likes. Bigger pill than I expected but this was recommended to me by both my general practitioner and my rheumatologist. I have a lot of difficulty sleeping due to pain and they suggested I take this at night.
