I never write reviews but I had to for this product. This along with staying in a calorie deficit and working out 4 times a week has seriously been a game changer. Other reviews say it helps you feel in control after you eat, and it really does. They’re easy to take & they don’t upset my stomach. In a month I’ve lost 12 pounds, it’s helped me accomplish getting past being stuck at a certain weight. I like to think it’s helped with my energy as well and I don’t feel bloated. Overall, the effectiveness is legit and has been a great additional to a good diet and exercise. Even when I don’t work out, I still take them as directed and they’re still effective. This is only my first bottle, so very excited for the second one! Plus the value for money, and the amount you get is better than others I’ve seen on here. Definitely worth the try!

I always tell myself to open, test and/or use products purchased. This one I wished I took it when I first bought. This actually made me gain weight even though I ate less. Save your monies as this is a waste.

53 yo woman. I was looking for something to help me curb my appetite (was on semiglutide 2 years ago-only for one month to drop weight). This summer, bec of my lack of will power I gained 7-8 lbs. this product does help me not crave sweets but I’m still having trouble not eating food if it’s there. I would buy it again.

So I was a bit hesitant in taking this product initially as it’s something ingested into my body but went ahead and gave it a shot. I’m in my mid to late 30s and have been experiencing weight gain due to perimenopause- no matter the amount of workouts completed or food restricted the scale either goes up or stays stagnant. My main pain point is the stomach fat - it doesn’t go away but I hear that’s pretty common at this stage in life. After taking this supplement for a week I have noticed a significant decrease in my food cravings, amount I can eat at a sitting, and hey the scale even went down by 2 LB!!!! Price is a little higher than i would like to spend but is better than some products on the market and lasts 40 days. The pills are coated so it makes them easy to digest and they don’t upset my stomach. I’d highly recommend these to anyone looking for a good GLP-1 supplement.

Ease of swallow: Easy to swallow pills! Size: Not too big or small. The perfect size. Gut health: I love that it contains probiotics and it has helped my with my bloating and digestion. It helped make me regular. Energy level: I noticed a difference in energy levels after a few days of taking the recommended dosage. It doesn't container caffeine so no worries about feeling jitters.

This product didn’t work for me. I felt no difference but my husband said this product did suppress his appetite. I’m guessing it depends on the person.
