I was very skeptical about this. There is always a new "miracle" supplement to try. I read up and couldn't find anything negative about this product so I figured I'd give it a try. I am 55 and try to eat healthy and stay as active and fit as my schedule will allow. I find that I am tired a lot and always achy from exercise. I took them every week day (always forget on weekends) and didn't notice much at first. I have been taking them about 3 weeks now and I have noticed an increase in energy; I am not forcing myself to change clothes and go out to exercise after work. Weekends are not just about recovering; I want to get out and do more. Still get achy and not sure about things like skin texture (I use a lot of natural lotion that already helps) but I will continue to take it and update if I find any changes.

If you are buying these for a boost of energy or to actually FEEL any benefit then you are going to have take at least 3 to 5 daily on an empty stomach. The studies they did with this were mostly very high level doses. I did not have any problems with these life extension pills. They were not too big and the bottle was sealed nicely. Life extension is known to be top shelf with the supplements they sell and I guess thats the reason they are bit pricey at times. The reason I give these 4 stars instead of 5 is the price fluctuates alot. When I bought these they were cheaper. I wish they would offer that low price and stick with it. It's a bit annoying to always check and see how much they are selling them for. With all the excitement NAD caused, the prices went through the roof. It is my thought after all the excitement and buzz goes down many who are taking will probably move on to the next big thing and these prices will come down. Don't get me wrong this is an awesome product that does so much it would take pages to cover all the benefits they think this can do. But alot of people loose interest after no miracles are noticed after the first few bottles. I personally think that low dosages are beneficial as well but probably not as good with a higher dose. I think soon after the excitement dies down so will the prices and I think they will offer higher doses as well. Consider this. On e bay they had 60 75mg dose of these for less than $10 with free shipping. They are sold out now. But they were CVS brand and for whatever its worth they were marketing it for "cognitive endurance" They did not sell well because no one had heard of NAD at the time and that's why a seller had them on ebay and thats why the price was so cheap. That proves most of the price is based on demand and not production. But anyway the evidence is concrete and I for one will be taking these for the long haul. Life extension is a great brand and if you have concerns about the product being packaged or handled in an unsafe way then you will not have to worry with this brand. Remember if you want to feel anything from these to at least take three a day before any food and at least give it a week or two. I hope that helps! [email protected]

Why did you pick this product vs others?: amazing product, really works and improves facial skin

I am 64 years old and i dought anything that says it will make a difference in my life. But this stuff just works. I started a little over a week ago, and never felt anything. How ever i thought i payed for the damn things so i gonna eat them every morning until they are gone, and wow a week later i worked a full day and was ready for more. I haven't felt this good in years, maby it was a placebo affect but i dought it because i forgot about it after the first day because it did not change the way i felt, no dreams or lack of sleep, no super bust of energy. I have been eating 2 /100 milligrams a day for 7 days. Its not like a drug, but feels like its down to the basics in my soul. I feel great and hope it continues.I just ordered more.

I noticed my skin feeling more smooth and a mild to moderate energy difference after taking NAD+ with Pterostilbene. I would continue to taking this product, make purchases regularly, and recommend the NAD+ and Pterostilbene combo to family, friends, and colleagues. While it is true that the cost can add up and there's no real way of knowing if the marketed desired effects will be delivered, I am willing to take a chance based on the recent medical publications from very reputable sources. I do think that the non FDA approved vitamin and supplement market as a whole should have some kind of randomized testing to prove that manufactures are putting in accurate and sufficient amount of what they claim on the label. For the time being, I would rather take a chance at the possibility of life extension than to be cynical and skip out on human and medical advancements.

Helps me stay awake during night shift. More clarity, memory, funny though, i need less sleep now but not exhausted. I work 60hrs a week. 12hr shifts. I was getting 5,6 or 7 hrs sleep a day. Now only 4 to 6 hrs sleep but not exhausted. I do personal training 30 minutes weekly and had trouble getting back in gym. Now im planning on going 3 to 5 days to lose this last 20 lbs. My exercise endurance went up considerably which blew me away since i have environmental asthma.not as winded. Take as early as u can to make sure its not keeping u from sleeping. Great product.i can kill the gym workout now.

This is one bottle. Not two as displayed in pictures. Product smelled funny... I called their customer service number and it's just a generic voicemail with no company info. I left two messages, no call back. I didn't expect one. I'll be returning it. Sketchy as hell.
