I haven't had an slr for a long time but I remember the importance of depth of field. Artistic considerations aside, too much (f/22) and you have to slow down your shutter and get blurs. too little and everything except your focused area is blurry anyway. Lytro brackets focus (7 times apparently) in every exposure and all 7 are at f/2 (always). So you'll get reasonably crisp well lighted shots with depth of field.
