I’m not sure I’d describe the taste as matching the flavor but I think it tastes great. Drink it daily while breastfeeding and helps me stay hydrated

I think before I started taking the liquid IV had a serious electrolyte deficiency. I drink 2 of them a day now and I have more energy, I get to sleep better, more forcused and they taste great but I will be honest, I do add a half a teaspoon of french Gray sea salt. I feel like they are more expensive than they should be and I'm unable to buy them sometimes due to the price. But I feel that way about all of the electrolyte potter mixes these days as they charge So much and most of them require a subscription of some sort

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Raspberry melon is my family’s favorite flavor of liquid IV. Buying it in bulk on Amazon it is cheaper than any store. Great for hydration.

These are great. I use them when I am doing heavy cardio. The taste better than G0 and hydrate better as well. They are a little more expensive than G0, but it is worth it.

Awesome hydration packets, easy to use and this sugar free flavor is my favorite. Helps me to stay hydrated. Great price. Glad I am able to find these in larger quantities here on Amazon.
