Great substitute for traditional noodles! They don't taste like much on their own, but they definitely absorb the flavour of whatever you’re making. I usually put them in ramen or pad thai and it turns out great.

I love these versatile noodles. Perfect when trying to have lower calories but need volume to stay full. These do not have any flavor so you can add them to whatever. I use them in spaghetti as well as Asian meals. Kid approved & Great value box. Will keep buying.

I have these on monthly subscription! I'm on a low calorie diet but I like to be full. These things are AMAZING! They are the same texture as pasta or lo mein and I use them in those recipes for a tiny fraction of the calories. They don't really have their own taste but take on the taste of whatever you cook them with, soy sauce, tomato sauce etc. I highly recommend!

Texture is actually fine despite what I read in other reviews. I combine it with my vermicelli noodles for more volume and they integrate well. They take on the flavor of the sauce I use well. Will deff be buying again. I just rinse the noodles and boil with the vermicelli noodles rinsing after required
