I got the 10mm version and it fits my man ear lobes or upper cartilage just fine. If its tight while sliding it on, you can stretch with a pen to keep the shape even. I wore it for a few hours comfortably and its a nice subtle style item.

I had to separate the opening just a fraction to get it fit more comfortably. (obviously they'd break if you bend it too far). Other than that I like the material, the price makes sense, they haven't broken yet. So far so good. 👍BTW my ears are very small if you're looking at them for a reference to size.
