This is the first time that I've tried powdered alulose. I've been using liquid alulose for years and granulated valueless also but never the powdered. I use the powdered allulose and mix it into softened cream cheese and it makes a wonderful frosting for sugar-free cake. It has no aftertaste as allulose is known for and it's really good. I bought several bags.

I use this in everything from coffee lattes to baking. It is an excellent sugar replacement and does not have all the unhealthy effects of sugar. It is not bitter like Stevia and does not have a cooling effect like erythritol. It dissolves quicky. The only downside...it's a lot more expensive than sugar. I have used it in glazes and cream cheese icing...works just like sugar. The best sugar replacement out there.

Very nice allulose product. I use this now in baking and for certain health concerns. The powdered allulose dissolves more quickly and easily than the granular type. I love to use it in the mornings with fresh squeezed lemon juice in water + a half tsp of allulose.

I was so happy to find this. I use it to sweeten my frosting and I also use it in my candied cranberry recipe. I will continue to purchase.

This is a good powdered sugar substitute for a low carb diet. It is not terribly clumpy and functions well as an ingredient in frosting. The bag size is perfect so that I don't have to keep a large quantity on hand. We have not noticed any stomach issues while using this product.
