The importing company has absolutely no fault in this issue as the bags of tea-bags are sealed. In fact the importer was very helpful here and we found a suitable solution to the dilemma.My suggestion: buy the 1100 pack and be prepared to have quite a few rejects, or spend a little more and buy Typhoo Tea 160 box in which the tea-bags have the same flavour, but are circular and all correctly sealed. Packed on a different machine!The tea is definitely to be recommended, hence the four stars, one missing for the bag bug.
