These earbuds are awesome when you compare with others price/value. However I wouldn't recommend them for workouts or any other activities, you might end up losing one or both earbuds. In a sense they're bulky and you can tell just by looking at the advertising pictures.(4 and 6) The sound and bass is really great and I had no issues hearing others or be heard whatsoever. Noise reduction was good too. If it weren't for them not fitting properly into my ears, though I've tested all different tips, I would of definitely kept them. I had to send them back and find something else. I still rate them high, since not all earbuds fit everyone.

This is my second pair of Tozo headphones already owning a 2 year old pair of T10s whic h are getting a little tired. The T12 are an improvement on what i thought were already good headphones. I was impressed with the small charging case with display showing the level of charge in each ear bud and that left in the case. This is a step up from the T10 case, smaller and with better info. The charging case will charge via USB C or on a wireless charger. The earbuds are easy to pair and can be further controlled via the TOZO app, the Tozo app works most of the time and allowed me to alter things like the touch controls and alter the sound equalisation. The ear buds are comfortable in the ear, have good sound quality (for ear buds) and seem to stay put. I used my earbuds on holiday and they did work while swimming but only with my head above water and only after i had disabled all the touch controls. I have had an issue with the left earbud, it no longer charges. I contacted Tozo directly using the customer service email address linked by Amazon. I had a reply within hours with suggestions to try that may resolve the issue. They didn't and they are shipping a replacement to me. Very quick response.
