Yes it has a webcam. The product photo somehow doesn't show it, though, but it is centered above the screen as normal webcams are on laptops

I've purchased it for other electronics. Children's tablet's. It absolutely was worth it. I think it depends on the user, amount of use and exactly what it's used for. I didn't get it for this purchase. My husband does very little on it. And is super careful. So I didn't think it was necessary.

It has 2X16gb of ram which is 32gb of ram total. This is total memory for this computer desktop. This is not a laptop.
