How much of the RMD does this supply?

Before I answer I will mention one thing. I was getting horrible muscle cramps. They went completely away when I started taking potassium. They come back when I stop. "The recommended intake of potassium for adolescents and adults is 4,700 mg/day. Recommended intakes for potassium for children 1 to 3 years of age is 3,000 mg/day, 4 to 8 years of age is 3,800 mg/day, and 9 to 13 years of age is 4,500 mg/day. Potassium should come from food sources."

what is source of potassium? Is it lime of rock?

Ingredients: Micocrystalline Cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source, and Silicon Dioxide. If I take just one a day it stops my leg/foot cramps at night.
