So I've been taking this since the 9th of June 2025. And I have to say, I've noticed some big changes. I was like skeptic about all of this, but I tried it I think I'm on my third week maybe. But I have noticed that my bloating has gone away, I've noticed that I'm becoming more regular on the bowel movements. I've noticed that I am falling asleep better. I've noticed that I haven't had allergies like I normally do every year around this time. I do feel like it cleans you out so it does make you feel a little sick. But not in a bad way more like a headache or stomach ache. I did get online to research that and it talked about it being normal because it is building up your immune system. And it's also regulating the lining of your stomach. It is worth the money to me. The sizes of the supplements are good and easy to swallow. To me it works it's effective I like the ingredients. Yes I do burp the taste of oregano or black seed oil. But I don't mind it because I see that it's working I've also noticed that the eczema on my body has reduced a lot. The eczema inside my ear canal has also reduced and it's actually clearing up on its own. Which is amazing because I've lived with constant itch in my ear going on 16 years. So far I like everything that this product has given me. I also noticed that I've cut back on all the other supplements I was taking to help me regulate my stomach.
